Today we had MEGA fun as we made the short journey to Kiverco, a local manufacturing company right on our doorstep. Kiverco team delivered an insightful workshop, telling us all about what they do. We had the opportunity to make a picking machine, showing how well we worked as a team. A tour of the factory followed, allowing us to see first hand their work in action. This trip was facilitated through MEGA (Manufacturing, Engineering, Growth, Advancement) whose mission is to promote the manufacturing and engineering sector as a source of high value employment. Mission complete! Lots of us would love a job in Kiverco as they were very impressive. Our trip ended with a lovely 'goodie' bag for each person... big people too!
